We use SECpay's services to deal with online credit card processing. Our site links with theirs and they safely process your credit card details, we never even see the details. We are then informed of a successful process and we are able to carry on with your order, which we have already recieved.

Shopping using a card has now become an accepted way to pay for goods or services. We are all comfortable with handing our card to a shop assistant or waiter, or giving our card details to someone on the other end of the telephone.

Delivery

All prices in our booklets, leaflets and web page EXCLUDE delivery and assume collection from one of our print centres. We use a reputable nationwide carrier, currently TNT, to deliver all our goods on a next working day service. Please note that some postcode regions cannot be guaranteed a next working day delivery - please check at the time of ordering.

On our web page each product has a delivery code, for example 1000 A5 leaflets is delivery band A which is £8, for heavier or bulk items delivery codes are "Z", when a "Z" code appears we will contact you with current delivery prices. If you proceed with an order showing a "Z" delivery code please remember the delivery costs HAVE NOT been added to your on line order. You may prefer to check BEFORE ordering to obtain current delivery prices, however, you have the complete peace of mind with a company trading for over 12 years that should your order NOT proceed your credit card will be IMMEDIATELY refunded.

Please remember that delivery is for a NEXT WORKING DAY - items despatched on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

PO BOXES, please note that we cannot deliver to a PO Box nor can we deliver direct to any exhibition centres or hotels. We reserve the right to refuse delivery to certain addresses where additional costs would be incurred.

Our couriers deliver the vast majority of work on time, however, we cannot be responsible IN ANY WAY for failed deliveries as these are completely outwith our control. Matic Media Services Limited cannot be held responsible in any way for any losses, howsoever incurred, after goods leave our premises for delivery by a third party. The couriers are fully insured to cover losses but this issue MUST be taken directly with them.
